Age definitely has something to do with it, rick has dealt with that in the past, him being 62. They should be hiring older ppl, they are more reliable than some of our youth. Kids lol. The tacos look so good. Bruce did such a nice job on the shelves. It’s hard to not get discouraged when looking for a job. I really don’t think it’s age. I think it has to do with hiring part time over a full time employee. It’s cheaper to have part time workers no chance usually of overtime, don’t have to provide medical etc. I’ll keep you both in my prayers for something good to happen for you both. What about him making things for others? Not many can make shelves or put up greenhouses? Just a thought
