Q – I understand that lowering the number on the scale is not the goal of W30. I am having nsv's and enjoy those benefits but I do want to lose weight once I curate my food freedom plan. What is recommended for weight loss?
Thanks for the scale pep-talk. I totally get how it is not the only measure of progress and can hurt our motivation. And, I realized that probably what some of us are wishing for is a bit of objective feedback. It sounds like when you have a WOOP, you get all kinds of numbers that help confirm the vague feelings ("I think I feel…better?") with DATA. But without that data, the scale or measuring tape are the only hard numbers that would be accessible. Yes, our NSVs are providing all kinds of different data, too…and I guess the popularity of WOOP and other trackers is that we love to have external data too.
Hello Beverly, here from Toronto. I’m actually on day one but I’ve been preparing since the beginning of January and now I’m starting day one. I’m gonna listen to your day one tape but I just wanted to pop in and say hi Life I know a bunch of people that are doing it all together.
