    killing it once again 😉 I am still in the 160s (high 160s ) but its been weeks and i have not go back into the 170s like b4 so i am happy….now that my gym shut down i thought for sure i would go back to the 170s but so far so good…..but we been able to hike in the evenings that that its getting warm out 🙂

I had a friend in high school that was my best man at our wedding. We moved away from the city but every time we went back we would visit him, usually a couple of times a year. In 35 years he only came to our city once, until his wife got a job with headquarters in our city. Then they came several times but never let us know. We got their Christmas letter one time raving about the great time they had in our city. Now every time I looked at the wedding gift they gave us all those years ago I only felt disappointment. It became very easy to let it go.

    I like you a lot, but i think your diet its cruel, so much animal products. Maybe more plantbased fats? Sorry if i offended you, but many doctors also say that to much animal protein is bad for your health.

    I’m really happy that you sprung back so quickly and that casserole needs a home at my house. LOL! I don’t think I’d have the will power for just one tablespoon though. Hehe
    I tend to be a minimalist and I feel great when I can go through things and shred stuff and let someone else enjoy what I’ve had lying around. Makes me feel lighter and my brain thanks me for the decluttering aspect of cleansing my mind! Your more than a conqueror when it comes to hitting that treadmill girl! This home isolation has caused me to put on more weight only bc I haven’t cooked so much in weeks! Hopefully, I’ll start jumping on the scale to be mortified all over again!     I made something similar last week… but I use cream cheese + sour cream~ it tastes as lovely as just all adding cream cheese and had fewer calories…
