Great Croquette video 🙂 pretty sure your potato dough mixture is sturdy enough to use a wrapper / tortilla press so figure to go with that and might as well cook them in a butter because that goes with breadcrumbs an any potato mix really although guess your heart would thank you for using canola oil lol
