    Between the internet giving dietary advice and doctors prescribing ridiculous amounts of drugs, no wonder people are so sick these days. We never got sick to speak of when I was growing up. Allergies, diabetes, cancer, heart disease just wasn't that much of an issue. People have lost touch with their common sense nowadays and they are paying the consequences.

    OMG! I so needed to see this today as I got hair loss and carb cravings while being on carnivore!! Starting tomorrow I’m tracking my macros again increasing fat and lowering protein. First 3 months carnivore great and 4th month I crashed and burned and got everything Stephanie said others suffered from. My hair got beautifully healthy after Covid hair loss at the beginning of the year so I thought starting carnivore and fasting and eating butter would make me more healthy, but my hair started falling out in globs again and my energy level plummeted and acne popped out and nails wrecked again! So I threw out my LMNT and made my own homemade mineral water and keto/carnivore going forward! ❤

    I appreciate you advocating for high fat diet. I enjoy the carnivore diet and have switched on your advice to higher fat lower protein version to see if my hba1C lowers. Over the last 10 years my A1c has hovered around mid 5’s. I’m hoping it makes a difference. However bashing others is not necessary, we all need to find what works best for us. Shawn Bakers version may work for another who is 6’ 5” 240 lbs.. We need all the voices, suppression will not help anyone. The truth will always win out in the end.

    Being in Thailand there is no way you are eating ribeye’s like Shawn baker does. I have lived in Thailand and all you can really get is fish, shell fish, pork and chicken. B
    eef and lamb is rare and of poor quality. Also Shawn Baker eats a lot of eggs so I guess he gets of lot of his fat from the yolks. Just sayin’

    I used to follow him back in the day as well when I was a vegan. I still follow him on rumble and was so glad he came to his senses about real nutrition just like me. And he is a big fan of Dr. Jennifer Daniels as I have been for many years. She is brilliant and very brave. This was a great interview thank you!
