My daughter has an allergy to gluten. She loves mac n cheese and can’t eat regular mac n cheese, because of her allergy. Here we try a dish from Daiya.
We actually tried that when we took a shot at being vegan for two days after watching a documentary. It wasn't horrible, but dairy-free cheese definitely has a very unique taste.
