    Thanks for sharing! Can u speak to how you managed gaining the weight? Obviously we’re “body builders” so the key is building but sometimes I’m uncomfortable when a shirt or jacket is tight in the lats.

    When I did my first show I never allowed an extra bite or lick of the spoon. It wasn’t the food I actually missed, it was just the freedom of being able to have a bite here and there. I learned that I would rather do like u said and come in 100 cal under for the day knowing I had a bite here or there. Those things can add up but I used to be militant with myself and I’m just not anymore. And I find with different compounds I don’t need to be so militant, they make things easier.

    This is the perfect model for how EVERYONE should approach dieting. You succeeded because you followed the math to perfection. Very few people on earth have this level of dedication and self control. Self control is really hard. Making excuses and pointing the figure is easy. Most people take the easy way out!
