there are a number of recipes of people using their Instant Pot to make banana bread but I've NEVER been able to make a banana bread that I like using the IP. I noticed you don't have a banana bread recipe for the IP and I wonder if the reason is because the IP isn't ideal for making banana bread? Your thoughts?

I have the same issue with dinner rolls from Sams club. I put half in the freezer when i get home.
Of course, lately, the anchors are consuming more food, so stale croissants are now hard to come by lol
