I'm so happy that turned out! I would suggest weighing out your flour next time instead of relying on measuring cups or use a whisk to stir your flour in the container and then spoon it out into your measuring cup. When we scoop directly in, we can get way more flour packed into the same cup measure than what is actually intended. I've had quite a few kitchen fails in the past with improper technique, so I just go by my kitchen scale nowadays. I hope that was helpful!
