    I finally figured out how to get the meat tender. This was delicious. I added a can of cream of celery on top of the cream of mushroom then added less liquid in return. Definitely add mushrooms and onion guys. …. To DIE for. Thank you.

I followed all your instructions except I sautéed some mushrooms in my granite skillet then put them into the crockpot after removing the roast the shred… I tasted it just when you said to check the seasonings… it was delicious… I just added 4 dashes of garlic powder & few more shakes of black pepper ….this is a huge amount of comfort food… since it's just me & my partner here we will freeze some… if he doesn't eat it all…lol…Thank you for this delicious recipe… God Bless You

    I'm taking this roast out the freezer now to thaw to try this recipe… I normally do this with cut stew beef… but this looks delicious … I'll come back with review

    I made this for my family today &everyone loved it! I am so happy i doubled the recipe because everyone went crazy over it &had2-3 helpings;they just could not stop eating it.Thank you Catherine for such a wonderful recipe it was creamy,moist &the flavors were so on point. If people don't try this recipe they have no what they are missing out on.

    I'm definitely going to make this, but I've never seen a "roast" that's so flat. Wonder what kind of roast it is. The cream cheese in addition to the sour cream is an interesting addition. Looks great!

    Hi Catherine, boy does that look scrumptious! We love pot roast in the crockpot. I never added the cream cheese, sour cream, I have done that. I’ll try more seasonings like mustard. I thankyou for your recipe and you are so sweet too. 👍👍❤️❤️🌹🌹
