My daughters have been asking me to make Birria Tacos for months since they always see videos of them. I was looking for a chicken version since we don't eat red meat and this was perfect! I was worried that it would be too spicy for them, but they said that they were so good they didn't mind the heat at all. They want me to make it again next week. Thanks for the great recipe!

Best chicken birria i’ve tried so far🤤🤤the sugar was the perfect touch! We had it with some crema and it. Was. Bangingggg. Also goes really well with some white rice🍚
