    Sorry, honey, I have to tell you. You are running the risk of cracking your crockpot by locking it while cooking. My instructions on my Crockpot brand specifically says do not lock when cooking. It’s just for transporting. ❤

    PS a quarter tsp of cayenne DEFINITELY isn't enough! I have the hotter 90k scoville unit powder but we also use habanero sauce, & Dave's Insanity Sauce, plus I grow a few hot varieties. You go girl!
