That looks awesome, I'm just sad that the veggies are going to take way too long. I bough one to cook my veggies at work 😩 and now I will have to do it at least 2 hours before lunch time. I dont think I'm going to be allowed to do that

Thank you for saving me time and having some of the best tasting veggies. Now why didn't I think of the Crock-Pot, because I think of all day cooking. We had steak to grill, which I used a nice rub and let it marinate for several hours. For the veggies I used red taters, onion, carrots, and broccoli. They were delish. I probably could have put a few more spices in but now I will know for the future. And did I have fun putting my hands into the veggie mix with the butter…oh so gooey… It made a meal so great without all the time needed for food prep. Next I try the chicken stew and the flattened chicken. Howie sure can cut big pieces of deer meat. Our deer meat isn't that thick but the beef steak we purchased from Sam's club was nice and thick. Hugs to my gal. 🤗

We treated ourselves to dinner out tonight. It was awful Took an hour for us to get our meal. The cook messed up the orders and everyone else was getting their food way before we did. And we were the third couple in before huge crowd showed up. We ordered chicken fried steak. Yuck it was made from burger and breaded. The gravy was like paste. The baked potatoe was huge and not done at all. Never did get our rolls we kept asking for. The clam chowder soup was way to fishy tasting and the clams looked and tasted raw. So they gave us an extra piece of pie to make up for it. Wow will never go back. Your meal looked so wonderful and Howie never even put pepper on it. We decided to make a big pot of taco soup that we will eat on for the next few days. Yummy. Thank you for letting me rant. Love and hugs.

I just had my, WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT? Moment. Thank you for such a simple, healthy idea. The hub's loves his taters, but we're on a low carb diet, so he has to limit how many he eats. I don't like potatoes, so I can prepare this with whatever veggies we like, and pick out our favorites when we have dinner. We'll have our meat and loads of our favorite veggies prepared this simple and healthy way. TFS

Looks wonderful !! I wonder how come my asparagus is not blooming into large enough stalks to cut here at our N FL Homestead. We planted it two years ago. We have long tall skinny asparagus out there!! Are we supposed to cut it down each winter or do something special to it?
