Mine is actually simmering in slow cooker still got cream to add I used an immersion blender stick it did quite well just gotta give it a final sieve blend if required otherwise it's looking ok it tastes ok too which always a bonus
I'm looking to make it with fresh tomatoes not canned probably gonna have to roast tomatoes first tho
