It came out good. I didn’t cut the potatoes into cubes. I mushed them really good. Everyone liked it.
I would add my pumpkin pie spice to this and it would be a desert. I think for a lot of the South it represents the cranberry sauce that we have in the Northeast. I am proud to be a part of the Ocean Spray Consortium. 🙂
