    I love this! Can Iake it with small red potatoes or sweet potatoes! Sweet potatoes are larger, but can I cut them smaller to do this? Sweet potatoes have alot more healthy benefits. Looks so delicious 😋

    I love crispy smashed potatoes! I have seen a version where the potatoes are boiled in water that has baking soda added. Supposedly the alkaline solution makes the taters brown/crisp better? I can't remember…:)

    Air Fryer recipes would be great John pleeeeeease! I’d love to see anything done, but chips (fries) are my nemesis, I just can’t seem to get them crispy, they’re either crunchy but not in a nice way, or soft yuk!
