    Love seeing your Ocktoberfest apron again!!! I may have mentioned before that my Dad was German, too and I have fond memories of him and HIS Dad (my Gpa) drinking their beer and telling BIG FISH stories 🐠 🎣 😅

    Sometime it would be interesting for you to smoke the ham hocks in your smoker Anita! I am from the south US and we used to use smoked hocks cooked with dry beans….yum yum!

    Omg I looove Pork Knuckle! German background in my family & my ex of 20 yrs was German too. So its in my blood. But it’s now so hard to find here in Australia. 😢
