Love your Dads apron🙏🏽 Anita, can you have the Redmond smoked salt? Ooh I love it!!
I love all the different types of meat you make. Such a brave carnivore!! Dad would’ve loved this!!

Looks amazing Anita, haven’t had pork hocks in years 💕
Oma and opa would be proud of you ❤
No one will mock the best hock on the block. Your neighbours will gawk as you stock up on more hocks. You rock!

Love your Aprons and your lovely memories of your Dad
Love seeing your Ocktoberfest apron again!!! I may have mentioned before that my Dad was German, too and I have fond memories of him and HIS Dad (my Gpa) drinking their beer and telling BIG FISH stories 🐠 🎣 😅
Looks yummy! Something I’d like to try, but may be challenging to find fresh hocks. Not many true butcher shops here in Northern California!
I’ve never seen them that big before. My grandma used to put the smaller ones in her spaghetti sauce.
Great tribute to your father, thank you Anita!
How fun! This looks delish! Happy Octoberfest, Anita. 💛
Sometime it would be interesting for you to smoke the ham hocks in your smoker Anita! I am from the south US and we used to use smoked hocks cooked with dry beans….yum yum!
Omg I looove Pork Knuckle! German background in my family & my ex of 20 yrs was German too. So its in my blood. But it’s now so hard to find here in Australia. 😢
As usual a Fabo video Anita! I’m drooling. 😊❤🙏
Thank u for your channel sharing your dad's traditions and love the apron❤
Mouth watering! Gotta get me some hocks!
I can smell the deliciousness all the way down to the Gulf Coast of Louisiana!!
I was already going to comment on how cool your apron is, and then you said it was your dad's. That is just so cool. Thanks for the Schweinshaxe recipe. I need to try something like this, my Oma would be proud!
