    ম্যাম আগের ভিডিও গুলোতে উপকরনের নামগুলো ইংরেজির পাশাপাশি বাংলা অর্থ লিখতেন,তাই বুঝতে সহজ হোত। তাই আশা করি পরবর্তী ভিডিও গুলোতে ইংরেজির সাথে বাংলা অর্থও লিখে দিবেন।

    We South Indians make it differently. We add 2 cups dosa rice, 1/2 cup urad dal, 1/4 cup poha, 2 teaspoons channa dal, 1 teaspoon methi. Soaked for 4 hours. Grind in wet grinder and ferment it overnight or 14 hrs. Perfect crispy dosa is ready.

    Eta ki kono regional recipe? Kenona besan-rava-rice-dal combi amar jn chhilo na, r without fermentation dosa to neer doaa jeta eta noi. Rawa noi crispy korar jonye modification, but besan'r use ta ki? Masala Stuffing ta usually roll'r moto majhkhane lomba kore hoi rather than as shown bt no harm in trying.
