Hey guys!! Thanks so much for joining me today for this recipe. It was created by Heavenly Fan (her video is linked in the description). ❤️ I added a twist that I definitely feel like makes it even more amazing! A few things to note, these fries are the best fresh, tossed in a little bit of salt! Also, I preferred the coconut flour recipe but you can adapt it to the almond flour too!

I hope you enjoy and please go support Heavenly Fan as well ❤️🥳

I just made the recipe. But I won’t be able to fry them right now. Will it be ok for me to make in advance and fry them much later? Want to surprise my son that just started doing keto. Fries are his favorites. TIA!!!! BTW, you ROCK!!!!!
5 hrs later, OMG!!!! These are delicious. I think this mixture will be good as well as potato patties. What do you think?

Would any other shredded cheese work other than Parmesan ? Mozzarella or Cheddar perhaps? Or is there something about Parmesan that crisps up the fries that would not
work with any other cheese ? Just askin' !! Thank you.

I made these but I mixed both Coconut and Almond flour and salt in the dry ingredients and used the mashed potato seasoning mixed with water. At the end because I love vinegar I added vinegar after they were done cooking…. they were awesome 👌

I’m a little confused and hope someone can help. I added the ingredients to a recipe calculator and I don’t see how it comes out as “keto”. If I make the recipe using Coconut flour, Parmesan and Xantham gum, and figure 3 servings, it comes out as about 7.5 net carbs. A medium potato is about 12. I know it’s a little less, but was surprised. Is it because the Xantham gum has so many carbs?

I love you all you food you it look is easy to cook thing you let want you cook is good . Will suffering ever end. You you say… Yes? No maybe? What The bible says? God…Will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death suffering crying or pain ". What That Can Mean for you Assurance that God does not cause our problems.- James 1:13 Comfort from knowing that God feels for us when we suffer.Zechariah 2:8 Hope that all suffering will end. Psalm 37:9-11 Can we really believe what the bible says? Yes for at least two reasons: God hates suffering and injustice. Consider how Jehovah God felt when his people in bible time were cruelly mistreated. The bible says that he was distressed because of those who were treating them abusively "judges 2:18 God has strong feelings about those who harm other. For example, the bible says that " hands that shed innocent blood are detestable to him Proverbs 6:16,16,17 God cares for us as individuals. Not only does each person know his own plague and his own pain " but so does Jehovah!- 2 Chronicles 6:29,30Through his Kingdom Jehovah will soon end the suffering of each individual.Matthew 6:6:9, 10 In the meantime, he tenderly Comforts those who sincerely look for him.Acts 17:27 2 Corinthians 1:3,4. To Think About why Does God allow suffering? The bible God allow suffering? The bible answer that question at Romans 5:12and 2 Peter 3:9Sincerely veronica
