    I looooove this recipe from the book. Made this for the first time for dinner last night and it was stellar. Carla, it would mean so much to me as an Asian person if you washed your rice (if you didn’t already)

    Having lived in Mass., I pronounce Worcester as "Woostah" or "Woostuh" (where the "oo" sounds like the "ou" in "should".
    So Worcestershire is "WOOS-tuh-shur"…for me, anyway.

    You’re right it’s ‘wuster’ sauce from ‘wuster-shire’ (as a person from Yorkshire I pronounce it ‘wustersher’ if you want vegan then we always go with Henderson’s relish 🤌🏻

    Thank you for the inventive recipe. I would switch out the ground beef for pork but otherwise it looks fantastic. You had me ginger/lime! I would stuff this in a bao or even an egg roll wrapper for a change of pace. Sincerely appreciate the flexibility to make it your own.
