SERVES: 3-4 People
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Sweetcorn
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Cornstarch/Cornflour
Salt to Taste
Cooking Oil for Frying
1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1-2 Tsp Cheese Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Powdered Sugar
Add one more ma'am u can use coriander, onion and little chat masala after frying the corn.
This is also amazing try once π

Hello @The terrace kitchen!! I seriously love your recipes! Try most of your recipes and it's an absolute delight!!! One thing that I would suggest is that in the subtitles, you add an english form, for example, sweet corn and in brackets, you write meetha makka in English. See, if people can't read the first part because they do not know english,(Sweet corn) they cannot read the second part too(meetha makka)…. There will be no point of writing something in brackets. Hence, I suggest you write the part in bracket in hindi. In this case, meetha makka in hindi:)ππ
