Hey, Booger, are you aware that Tsang Oil contains cottonseed oil and "natural" flavors (what is natural)? FYI, oils extracted from cottonseeds, soybeans, corn, rapeseed (the source of canola oil), and safflower seeds are highly processed industrial seed oils – cheap to produce but low in quality and known to contribute to inflammation and greater incidence of chronic disease. They're UNHEALTHY for you!

Hello, this recipe came at such a perfect time. I had a large spaghetti squash sitting on the counter waiting for just this dish. I made it for my 87 year old mommy and she and I absolutely loved it. The only sub was I used a chicken grilling spice mix from Aldi to season the flour. So delicious. Sending love and much thanks from San Diego, Ca. Tyfs. You are an awesome cook!

Hi! Love this. I make it all the time but never have in the air fryer. I will now, maybe even this weekend. The best thing is, I don't have to share, so it's a few meals for me! It's mostly veg so my daughter won't eat it. She is the only one still home. Thanks for the idea. You really should do a cookbook!

Very nice Booger! That chicken is fantastic. That just might help me appreciate spaghetti squash a little more than I do. The funny thing is I love squash of all kinds but it's that stringy texture of SS that I sturggle with. Of course, I can always have pasta instead.
( I miss Juanelo also and think about him often. I sure hope he and Jeanne are doing well.)
