when emericans dont know what fish n chips is…
"real actual chips", I think not, real actual chips are chipped potatoes not sliced potatoes, that's why they're named chips, stop mutilating the English language and get a little colour 🙂 in your life

Fish looks great…I will try with 100% beer……But the chips?…..No, Not No Way…..! They need to be 3/8 to 1/2 " thick…soft in the middle and nice but not too crunchy on the outside. You are confused this American chips….thats not English Chips! Afterall we, in the rain and fog, did invent Fish and Chips to find our way home using our nose! Now….the question skin on or off? Im from the South of England….I hate skin…thats normally how they serve it in the South….and most Fish and Chip shops in the North served fish skin off!…..perfect for me!….AND No bones please! 🙂
