My friend has made croissants in a tiny kitchen before. She has so little counter space that she sits on her hardwood floors and rolls her dough out on a bamboo cutting board. Soooo I think you should make those croissants lol.

Aw these remind me of these little pastries I loved getting at the panadería when I was little. The ones I had were coated with sugar on the top. I’m not sure what exactly the center was but these look just like those pastries which I would call baskets. I miss having them TwT
