    Next time you make a pork roast try putting potatoes on the bottom, than the roast, season like you normally do. Than take a box of stove top and mix it ( leave stovetop dry) with a can of cream of chicken and a cup of sour cream. Put it on top of roast and cook it however long the roast needs to cook. I have cooked this with roast and chicken and pork chops.

    My granddaughter and I took a mommy and me cooking class this last weekend. And two things she learned that might help new little cooks. One open eggs in a separate bowl that way if there are any egg shells they are easy to pick out and you don't have to look for them in the batter. Also keep the spoon touching the bottom of the bowl while mixing and not much gets flipped on the counter. She also received a really nice beginner cookbook that I would love to send your kids from Amazon. Do you have an account to where I can send you things?
