Sometimes being dairy free is hard because I want something thick in the soup like heavy cream but I just don't like having a coconut flavor in there 😭 lately I have been heating vegan milk and putting a cornstarch slurry in there to make it similar texture to heavy cream. It works for pasta but haven't tried it in a soup yet maybe it would work 🤔
