Thank you posting this! Great video and recipe, just made this after having so much leftover rice from a Chinese New Year order and my wife loved it. This was my first time making rice pudding and even I liked it (never been a fan of rice pudding). My only mod was adding a pinch of nutmeg. Your video style is concise and easy to follow, good audio too. Too many kitchen vids sounds like the microphone is in the garage. Gong Xi Fa Cai

Way too much sugar. I use coconut milk instead of milk it's easy to substitute. Excellent 👍 presentation 👍 👍 pleasant voice

Truthfully I'd take the fried rice over the rice pudding any day of the week.
