I do love pasta and this made me faint. It looks sooooo tasty. Big yummers.
Dave my friend, great recipe & yes the girls will eat this, they like shells or egg noodles with the type recipe. I know you got that great processor for grinding your own beef, if you have a small scale, buy a flat chuck roast & cut out the big chunks of fat, then you can weigh out lean meat to fat ratio by weight( don't worry about a little marbling fat in the lean) if you want just a little math
