The crab and dumplings is like our crab and dough. We have festivals where we have competitions for the best crab and dough, crab soup and other native soups.
Watching them cook on the beach makes me remember eating like that on the island with my grandpa. I'm from the Bahamas and our island way of doing things are almost similar. Mark continue to showcase the Caribbean islands. Blessings.
