I learned a great truck years ago for the base of your chili, use a jar of spaghetti sauce and season with chili powder. It's easy and yummy.

I never hear anyone that uses hominy in their recipes😪 It was nice to hear cuz it reminded me of my childhood cuz my mom would fix it for us. Alot of my friends had never heard of/had it either. I think it's a southern thing maybe, not sure. Thanks for all the different things you share with us.
