    OMG I made these the other day, out of this world, and I am not a big fan of zucchini, I doubled the onion and added a big handful of fresh cilantro, serious fantastic, and I reheated them in the oven on some crumpled up foil the next day for my sisters and they loved them too.

    Looks yummy and I love the idea of the sandwich. I think these probably have to be made at home to be good, am I right? I’ve only ever had them in Indian takeaway and they’ve been soggy by the time they got to the house 🤷‍♀️

    Someone after my own heart. No added liquids. I watched someone cooking with Madhur Jaffrey years ago making onion bhajis using just onion, spice and gram flour. So much nicer than gluggy bhajis.
