That fried chicken dinner looked delicious! As for the extra egg and flour, you can always scramble the egg for the dogs and make gravy for the dogs with the flour.

Do you cover your bread as it bakes? Mine always gets too brown on top even when baked on the bottom rack. Yours seems perfect. Also, does your friend have a website to her t-shirt business?
