Jia I know I'm late but you can try Renzo's Childrens Vitamins. Its a dissolvable tablet that they can also chew. My 4yo takes them but my 6yo still likes the Smarty Pants.

My boys love the ronzoni veggie spaghetti. That's all we use now, no more white pasta.

Smarty pants are good vitamins- but like you said the gummies stock to their teeth! And the sugar content π but i try to just do smoothies a lot with a variety of fruits and veggies.
