Ya know Sam…since it is Costco and they make a ton of rottisserie chicken, I'm sure the chicken bake utilizes unsold rotisserie chickens. That is how the chicken is cooked for their Chicken Bake. They could use your dressing recipe though. Your version looks f***in' delicious! Can't wait to make it!!! Thanks again, keep the great videos coming….

Costco used premade then frozen pizza dough, olive oil to bake on parchment paper, everything is measured out, caesar dressing is the same as the Caesar salad same with the chicken, they use caesar dressing on top then parmesan before cooking. The bacon and chicken precooked comes in frozen, it's a massive corporation so the least steps possible equal more profit. The crust also depends on the person making them, some people are shitty about the dough and there are holes. I know because I dealt with that a few hours ago until my shift ended. Yours does look waaaaay better especially adding the sriracha
I made this today- It's great….. keep the dough on the thin side. Make extra bacon 'cuz…. well, It's bacon. The dressing alone is worth the effort !
