Great new idea for St Pats! The pressure cooking lids/tops of the Cooks Essentials 2 QT and 3 QT are also interchangeable. I too wish they were ceramic. Maybe that is why they are on clearance and we will have to buy it again next year! It sure was/is a great value for $25!

Great video! I have never tried the cornbeef, I must try! have the Cooks Essential 2 quart and the thing I wished it had was ceramic or stainless steel. But I did find a brand new 3 quart Instant Pot Duo mini on Facebook marketplace for $30!😊 I brought the ceramic inner pot!💃🏾
