Close to what I do I use some chicken broth in it too I canโt use beer if my grandson is coming he is celiac if heโs not here I do use beer.. I have my 2 corned beefs ready to go. Being Irish โ๏ธ its a tradition my kids wonโt miss.We cooked one in the insta pot a couple weeks ago very tender but a little more salty.
