What a fantastic St Patrick's Day Meal Charlie!!! I've not had Colcannon, but I'm definitely going to give that a try! And thanks for the shout out! LOL you just go on with your day Charlie, just as you did! Or prepare the sides etc. I will also use a wifi/bluetooth temp probe in the meat so if I do get busy I can always check how the cook is progressing from my phone. I don't normally leave the house but if I need to run to the store, again I can keep an eye on it with my phone. And if not, I usually know I'll have 3 hours before I need to check, then another 3 to 6 hours depending on what's cooking. Have a great day!!!👍👊🍻

Hiya Charlie! First time viewer, long time… eater? So your channel is gonna be perfect for us, naturally — can totally tell why you made the top 30! We've never had Colcannon, but we really wanna try it now. Also, we need to find some way to review Colcannon because we would rework Rhiannon to do our intro song 😁 So your St. Patrick's Day meal looks way better than ours was, so kudos to you! Totally gonna adhere to your "it's not the star of your dish why are you wasting time on it" philosophy. Life's too short for that. We definitely plan to stay around for the long haul, you seem like an awesome guy to us — and that's so nice of you to do all those shoutouts. Gonna go play around your website now. Hope you're having a terrific weekend!

Wow! Thanks so much for this lovely shout out Charlie! So glad you enjoyed out soda bread! This is such a classic St. Patrick's Day meal you've put together. It looks perfect! I'm so interested in those gloves too! I'll have to take a look for them. When we're barbecuing, we usually just do some yard work, hahaha. Nicely done Charlie! Hope you had a happy St. Patrick's Day!
