Oh, I'm so happy YouTube recommended your video. I have both of these (anova sous vide and instantpot) and I want to make these egg bites (who can afford Starbucks).
Ive done Sous Vide BRISKET twice in the past 2 months. 48 – 56 hours at 145 with liquid smoke in the bag. Fall apart tender.
Sous vide 's are great, and as you vacuum pack everything, it lasts longer if you are batch cooking and refridgerating. My only tip is to purchase a digital thermometer to confirm the core temperature of the food is not enough.
Who the heck has 90min to wait on eggs to cook. I’d have to wake up super early to get breakfast ready. Looks good though.

Happy to hear you are feeling better Jess. I love cooking in my Instant Pot but I haven't tried the egg bites yet, now I will seeing how easy they are to make and I have an abundance of eggs to use up. Jon, I would love to see more of the sous vide. I have friends who love cooking with it.
Mushrooms and spring onions are good in them too. Can we have more low carb breakfast ideas please?
