I watch this yesterday. And I was fascinated with making those tortillas! Your daughter really did you proud. I’ve never had that dish before which is just me being ignorant. I tend to steer toward stereotyped Chinese dishes. But I always learn something when I watch your videos and I’m always posting your vids to friends. . I do have one question I have a fairly decent wok about the size of yours but I don’t have that steel Doris instrument that you use on your wok. Can you tell me what it is or give me a link or heads up? Tell your daughter she did great!

My mom never had time (or patience) to teach me how to cook. Then I passed that down to my Steph. Both Steph & myself taught ourselves so I love seeing you w/Ella.
