Such a great video. Thank you both. Would your mom share her dog food recipe? I have a senior who could use more vitamins & minerals. Thanks again Jess.

IP bone broth is just as healthy. it shortens the time, not the nutrition. My dog benefits too. I scrape out the marrow from the bigger beef and lamb bones for her. Most bones just crumble. Pork rib bones with the cartilage on the ends are my favorite when the cartilage is softened enough to eat itself.

I wasn't really interested in making bone broth — I just needed a nice big dose of Jess! And I got a bonus, your delightful mom. Made a a lot of soup with my mom — EVERY SUNDAY a big pot for the week of chicken soup. We were raised right. Thank you for your support. A few more pounds until One-derland for me. I can do this.

I make bone broth all the time. I add 2 Tbsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar because it helps pull out the nutrients from the bones. Recently I stopped adding the vegetables and just do the meatless bones (saved from chicken we have already eaten, no meat on the bones), water, salt and lemon juice or vinegar. It makes it much cleaner on the clean up. I found that the vegetables are tasteless afterwards. As soon as I am done the first batch, I start a second batch with the same bones. I fill half a jar with the bone broth of the first batch and half with the bone broth from the second batch since the first batch is too strong by itself and the second batch is too weak. But it mixes together perfectly. I drink as is and also use it to make vegetable based soups. I make the chicken bone broth all year but my favorite is the broth from the Thanksgiving turkey!

I was having a bad day and I watched this video and just felt better by the time it was over. I love when your mom is in your videos. SHE IS TOO CUTE! My mom has been gone for 11 years now. I'd give anything to be able to do something like this with her. So, cherish her and stop teasing her about how she pronounces things. LOL! I'm going to make the broth this week. Can you guys please do a video for beef broth?

Bravo! I’ve watched this twice…the second time taking notes. So excited to make this and it looks healthy for our dog too.

Jess, I’ve been watching a LOT of your videos over the last several weeks, but this is my first comment. You’re an inspiration and I’m so happy for your 100 pound weight loss! You’re doing great! I’m also a sugar addict, and your comments on that have been helpful. (It was hard at first to get rid of the constant diet drinks and the need to have hard candies constantly in my mouth). But I’m 4 weeks into KETO and IF now, and the sugar cravings are gone. And 9 pounds are gone.

You’re a lovely person to be sharing your journey and your wisdom. All the best to you and your wonderful
    family!

I love your mom. Mine passed away a few years ago. It was unexpected and very quick. I would love to do something like this with my mom. Cherish all these moments. So happy for you on your weight loss. I've been around since you were selling clothes from A& D. I enjoy your channel.

Thank you for the very helpful video ladies, you both were great! I’ve been wanting to do this, and “mom” really hit it out of the park. Great info! I’m so glad I skimmed through some of the comments, and found out about the acv. But I was also glad to see your moms tip and thought on how and when she’ll use it. (I was wondering about the taste too) Also, I cant wait to see the dog food video!

What a wealth of knowledge your mom is – Loved the video! I’ve made bone broth but had no clue I could reuse the ingredients in my homemade dog food. I’d love to see her sauce recipe.

You are so fortunate to live in big houses with big appliances. Here in the U.K. It’s only people with a lot of money who can afford those things. My fridge and freezer are tiny and would not hold all of that! That said it was a lovely and heartfelt video and a well made broth. One that I will try and yes! Lots more from mommy please she’s a natural in front of the camera! I love you all! Xxx❤️❤️❤️
