Kurt use a cookie sheet instead of the broiler pan, more air circulates under the wings so they get hella crispy on all sides. Sauce AFTERWARDS or you’ll undo all the crispy!!!
Replay Crew today. Love the wings. I usually cook them first, them add the sauce. Cooking hack: If the chicken easily pulls (fork tender!) apart at the joint, it's done.
I always rinse my meat in cold water before cooking ! I never use butter there is enough fat on the chicken wings !. For a weight lifter you need protein and chicken breast would be better for someone working out and lots of vegetables!! Enjoy!!
I am on replay crew and loved @SheniGram Yelroc's idea of leaving the lids on the salt and pepper when grinding. I've never thought of that. Thank you 🙂 And Kurt did a great job for 1st time wing making. I've never made them either, but will try now 🙂
It is the original. We used to get a bucket of hot wings every time we went to Buffalo new York, lol were gramps lived. It definitely was blue cheese for dipping. Ive added sauce b4 & after & blue cheese to dip and that will help cool the heat. 🙂 when we made them at home, our exact recipe too.
I'm from Buffalo, Kurt I'm impressed. You got the sauce correct. Personally, I would have taken the wing tips off and discarded them, but you do you. Also, we cook the wings first, until crispy, then coat the wings…put the sauce in a bowl and place the cooked wings in the bowl. Cover with another bowl and shake to coat the wings. And so glad you used Blue cheese for dipping. That's how we do it here. For your first attempt, I think you did great. If you ever come to Buffalo, let me know, wings are on me. 😊

Does not look like you are losing very much weight or gaining any testosterone.

I'd never cooked wings or knew about the sauce. Always learning something new from uncivil! I enjoyed your new guest Texan the oven mitt too lol
Sorry I missed this! I always enjoy your cooking videos!
I am loving these cooking videos! You seem more relaxed and the food looks delicious!
I don't like to cook chicken very often . I'm afraid of undercooking or over cooking. I just grab one in the supermarket already cooked.
Kurt’s a bad ass. Thanks for sharing all of your legal expertise. Excellent segway with the cooking, thanks dude.
Um…we don't get to see how they tasted?
