I have just recently found your channel and love your videos. I have learned so much from you. You have inspired me to cook healthier meals for my family (3 teenage boys) and myself. Today I even feel brave enough to try to bake my first loaf of einkorn bread. So glad I found you. 😊

First, I need to thank you for your sourdough starter and bread instructions. I've probably made 4 or 5 loaves and they've come out perfect, and devoured faster than the speed of light. The scale is key. Trying to convert grams to cups, as I was doing previously, just doesn't work. Also, today's video is wonderful as I was going to ask you if I could add some different flour or even seeds, so today, I will try your version. The salad looks delish. Nothing beats fresh veggies. Another quick, yet healthy recipe with a delish looking sauce. TY so much for sharing with all of us and teaching us.
