    More than a year later this is the only sausage pan tutorial that actually is easy, consistent, and doesn't come out looking half raw. Every other sausage video is trash comparatively lol. I've used this video many times

    About to try it. I always sear it first and then stick it in the oven with garlic and onions and a bit of red wine. Tastes heavenly but this method would take half the time. I always burn my sausages. I love the taste of burned meat. I do it quickly so it doesn't dry out.

    Ugh thank you for the short video. We love chicken sausage but I always burn them because I’m scared of getting food poising. Gonna try this now. I’m sure my Italian grandfather would be rolling in his grave Bc his granddaughter doesn’t know how to cook sausage 🤦‍♀️
