I am going to experiment with adding pumpkin to my steel cut oats. I got the idea in the New York Times. They added lots of pumpkin pie type spices.

Love these pantry cooking vids! I am not going anywhere (only walking the dog at deserted places) so I can relate! I am so used to fresh veggies, I struggle with the frozen ones I have now. As far as pantry, I am well stocked (always, I haven't been panick shopping) I have bags of dry beans which I intended to use but never got around to trying it….I need a kick in the butt to get started on them I guess, so if you can make something with dried beans…it be much appreciated lol.
I have been in isolation for 14 days now (Netherlands) and bored out of my mind at this point 😉
