Air fryer info….they’re garbage for a large family lol! Yes we have the largest air fryer available. We have a family of 6 and they’re useless for us. You can never make enough food to feed everyone without needing to make multiple batches which would literally take forever. It is great for reheating fried food. However it’s so giant that I never pull it out of the basement. Not worth it at all.
I do want to try the like 13 in 1 Ninja air fryer! That thing looks amazing. So if you’re gonna do it go for that one not a regular air fryer.

We use a toaster oven air fryer in our 5th wheel. Our oven doesn't work very well so we use the toaster oven/air fryer for things we'd normally put in the oven. We also have 2 instant pots and use both most nights. You mentioned mashed potatoes. I always cook mine in the instant pot.

Love our airfryer… use it several times a week. We also gave the pressurcooker. Need to learn to love it more. May try this meal. It looks and sounds delicious. We have a very small trailer, so not really room for these. But at home… we are only 2 people now. Every now and then a grandkid comes along. Actually my boy grandchild is so much like your "baby" so many similarities, colors, personalitie, asian, age… 😁❤ have great journey

I certainly loved this video!! So relaxing, watching someone else cook (ha, ha). Also appreciated Megan's phylosophy about allowed oneself to enjoy cooking for loved ones. Thanks for allowing us to see the Knorpp family at ease at home and while adventuring!!

14:06 I have a ultrean air fryer and I’ve had it for years. It works great it’s a good size if you’re making a lot a lot of food you might have to do two rounds but I love it because you can throw food in it, Leave it in there for 20 minutes and it will be done. (Obviously keep an eye on it) hope it’s helps

Chicken dinner looked awesome! But I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from adding celery and onions and probably garlic to the chicken, but I would have sautéed the onion, then removed before the pressure cook to keep a wee bit on crunch. Try some ginger next time! So yummy with chicken and carrots!

Thanks for sharing, I love my instant pot.

Cosori makes a great large air fryer looks like a toaster oven, if you go on their site you can check them out. We enjoy using it. We got it and it even can do a rotisserie chicken and we find we used it as a regular oven too which may help with some of your oven issues.

Breville smart oven air fryer Pro….. we use ours multiple times a day! Muffins, bread, pizza homemade fries, toast. It would let you get rid of a few appliances . It cooks anything bakes anything. Airfries like a champ!

We have an outdoor kitchen in our RV with a sink. It's very convenient and right now we're looking to buy a new one and it's definitely one of our top priorities having a good outdoor kitchen as it makes it much easier to cook and clean up.
    Your dinner looked yummy! 😊

Kind of off topic but what year is your NV van? I’m in the market but we have heard the vans made after 2016 have more problems! Just curious what are your thoughts? Thanks!

Looked very yummy. I hate I missed meeting you guys as you traveled through Alabama. Wonder if you went down I65 and saw the big peach water tower. If you happen to come back through would love to meet you all. Safe travels.

I agree wholeheartedly about eating out. Unfortunately “Rona” hit so hard I believe the restaurant industry couldn’t bounce back and the quality everywhere has gone down. The taste of the food, service and prices make it so that not many people want to eat out. And that period of being stuck at home made a lot of people start experimenting with different dishes at home and a lot found that cooking wasn’t so bad after all. I was a struggling single mom so I cooked so much and now even as adults my kids love home cooked food over eating out. As far as an air fryer goes the Ninja foodie is definitely a good one. I have a big 2 sided one that my sis bought me a couple of Christmas’ ago. I like it but I’d rather have the Ninja 🥰. My dream is to have an actual convection oven 🤤 one day

I spent 3.5 years in a Class A rv with hubby, daughter, 2 granddaughters and a dog–full time. About the same size kitchen with the pantry underneath the booth dinette. Got pretty good at cooking in there. It's a lot different from a house or apartment.

The ninja foodie 8 in 1 and it’s the best you can airfry, roast, toast, broil, bake, dehydrate, there’s 2 more can’t remember I live in a a small apartment with limited kitchen counter space I use this more then my oven and stove it’s quicker and Faster and since I live alone that’s a huge plus for me there are so many good recipes that you can make in this cooker it’s endless I made I loaf of bread and a cake in mine they both turned out so good. Look into this one it’s a good one. I got mine at Sam’s club

I love my air fryer! I am not at all gadget heavy with my cooking. And I cook mostly from scratch. I have had it for 5 months and don't know how I lived without it! It's just so much quicker than an oven and very economical. But we are a family of two so I completely get your point about size. To be honest you perhaps need two!

I love my Insta pot. I made potato salad in it today I cooked the potatoes and then I turned around and cooked the eggs in it. I also like an air fryer, but I get what you mean that there’s not a lot of room in them. I live alone so Not hard to use for me.
