Have you tried beef tongue, or "lengua" before? 👅
I pretty much only get lengua if I get tacos, a coworker years ago made sure I tried it and I’ll never pick another meat for tacos anymore unless it’s not an option, sooo good

Ooh! I miss eating lengua! We cook ours in a mushroom sauce though so it kind of resembles a stew. It's so delicious when you eat it with rice.
