Just got one doubt. On seeing your vedios I thought of starting to do all your recipes but there was a saying that excessive soy sauce is dangerous. Per day only two spoons is recommended. And all your recipes include lots of soy sauce. What to do now

I love the way you cook but I honestly don’t understand why you use sugar…plus you’re cooking for many people in this video do they all like sugar in food that’s supposed to be not sweet at all(?) lots of love and support from Italy

My Chinese dad never taught me how to cook. I remember watching my grandma cooking but I never had the chance to learn from them. I’m learning Chinese cooking and Asian cuisine from watching you, you’re amazing. Being able to use tasty food to share our love and nurture our loved ones is a gift

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodian so wouldn't it be Cambodian inspired chicken wings not Vietnamese. I know there is a restaurant in Vancouver call Phnom Penh that does Cambodian and Vietnamese food so maybe that's the confusion.
