Hey Stacy! Hope you guys are doing well. Love the new intro and cool editing on Tim’s part. Your pineapple chicken looks great! One of my favorite foods is rice so anything with rice is usually awesome. I haven’t been on here much- been dealing with health problems ever since our vacation in Florida. Been living at the doctor’s office lately it seems. Still trying to figure what is wrong. Anyways hope your health is doing well and sorry I haven’t been around much.

That looks good, Stacy! We’ve had an Instant Pot for 2 years and I don’t use it for my than hard boiled eggs or pulled pork. I need to up my game but that sauté feature makes me a bit nervous! I always release with a wet dish cloth or towel. No issues here.
BTW, in my crock pot right now is crock pot chicken & artichokes you shared last week. Going to add the mushrooms you suggested and the spinach I mentioned. We have the crockpot meatball recipe on deck for Friday. It’s been SO rainy, yet sooooo humid here that crockpots and comfort food are the way to go!

I love the intro and Tim did a great job.  You know this recipe is right up my alley!  I always use a towel to keep the steam under control.  I feel like it's fine. LOL
