We make a simple linguine pasta with pancetta or bacon (we prefer bacon) and garlic with red pepper flakes. Use some of the grease after browning the bacon and crumbling. Work through pasta and sprinkle with parsley and Romano cheese. BTW we use peppered bacon in this recipe.
