Hey Falon!!In Greece we make the beans with chopped onions, celery,and chopped carrots and tomato sauce,and big beans we boil them to soften and then put them in the oven with carrots,lots of chopped garlic, chopped onions,parsley and tomato sauce or fresh tomato sauce and chopped smoked sausage.Delicious!!!β€οΈπ§‘πππ

Falon, I wanted to tell you that I thought my instant pot died but it just needed a new seal and it is fine now. I ordered from Amazon and it is really inexpensive. I just wanted to tell you that just in case. I also love beans but our favorite is baby lima beans with Cajun sausage and rice. I think I will have to make those today you made me hungry for some. Nothing better than beans and cornbread. Grew up on them. My dad makes his own cornmeal which especially during this time of making them groceries stretch that's a good thing. Do y'all garden? That's something else we do and I grew up doing too. Love y'all!

It's never too late to watch you all. It's 3am and I had to watch you! I just love love Manley's little giggle. He won't let it all out. It's so adorable. I am going to have to make me some pinto beans. I grew up on home made pinto beans, but it's so convenient to just have the lucks pinto beans on hand. We are country food kind of people. I live in northern Ohio and we eat beans and corn bread. We are hillbillies otherwise known as mountain Williams, cause we are displaced…lol. We eat greens too. We use a variety of smoked meats for flavor. Even hog jowls. Bad thing is it's getting very expressive.

Falon, I use my Pressure Cooker for years, it is digital but not a Instant Pot. Yours shouldn't have died. Yes I use mine several times a week. Did you contact Instant Pot Company even if they won't warrant it. They should know their product didn't last. My favorite one is GoWise 6 quart but it comes in larger quart sizes. I purchased mine off Ebay and free shipping.

Where did you find your nice big cutting board? I like yours I have a glass one and two small plastic ones. Manley loves those peaches. Sissy was cute feeding him. We got an update on my daddy and his radiation starts tomorrow instead of after Easter. I'll keep yall updated on how it goes.
